Terms of Service

1. The service

Signal provides hosted analytics dashboards that combine data from integrations you connect (including Shopify, TripleWhale, Klaviyo, PostHog and Google Analytics) into per-client projects with shareable read-only links.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You must provide accurate details and keep credentials confidential. Workspace admins control team access and are responsible for activity under their workspace. One person may not share a single login across an organisation — invite teammates instead.

3. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Plans (Free, Starter, Growth, Scale) limit the number of active projects; over-limit projects are grandfathered but no new ones can be added until usage fits the plan.
• Paid plans bill monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
• Cancel anytime from your billing page or the Stripe portal: access continues to the end of the paid period, then the workspace drops to Free. No partial-month refunds.
• Failed payments may suspend paid features until billing is current.

4. Your data & integrations

You retain all rights to data you connect. You warrant you have the right to connect each integration and share resulting dashboards with your clients. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to fetch your dashboards. Share links grant read access to whoever holds them — you are responsible for distributing and regenerating them.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempting to breach other workspaces, no scraping or reverse-engineering the service, no reselling access except via your own client reporting, and no activity that degrades the service for others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Third-party integrations may change or fail, affecting dashboard data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You may stop using Signal and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, non-payment, or abuse, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Changes & law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
