What counts as a project?

One project is one client store or brand — with its own integrations, dashboards and share link. The Free plan includes 1 project, Starter 5, Growth 10, and Scale is unlimited.

Which integrations are supported?

Shopify (native Admin API), Triple Whale, Klaviyo, PostHog and Google Analytics 4. You can connect different integrations per project.

Do my clients need a login?

No. Each project has a secure, read-only share link your clients can open anytime. No seats, no extra cost.

How do I get product profit numbers?

Connect Shopify and grant the read_inventory scope on your Custom App. Signal then combines line-item sales, discounts and refunds with per-variant costs for gross profit and margin.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and you can cancel from your billing page. Your dashboards stay readable until the period ends.

Is there really a free plan?
